Engineered for maximum structural integrity, this panel features reinforced, extra-thick architectural aluminum skins thermally fused to a high-density, solid black polyethylene core.

The 6mm thickness delivers extraordinary flexural rigidity—providing more than triple the bending strength of standard 3mm ACM. This allows oversized panels to withstand intense wind-load pressures and physical impacts without buckling, warping, or oil-canning, even when mounted across open, unbacked scaffolding or post frameworks.

⚠️ Pre-Press & Structural CNC Fabrication Notes:

• Industrial CNC Routing: Due to the extreme density and thickness of 6mm metal composite, panels are processed exclusively on our heavy automated routing tables, leaving a smooth, un-burred edge with a bold, visible 1/4" black core edge profile.

• Fastener & Drill Hole Spec: Standard pre-drilled holes are routed to 0.25" diameter. Because 6mm panels capture immense wind loads, we strongly advise installers to use heavy lag screws paired with large structural fender washers. Keep all critical text and graphics at least 1.0 inch away from edges to prevent hardware overlap.

• Bleed Margin: Please build files with 0.125" bleed for all full-bleed layouts. Keep live vector art 0.375" inside the final nominal trim line.
