When standard 4mm yard signs feel too flimsy for the job, 6mm is the industrial upgrade. Measuring roughly 1/4" thick, this substrate features a beefed-up twin-wall fluted core that delivers nearly double the physical rigidity of standard yard signs. It bridges the exact gap between temporary lawn signs and permanent rigid aluminum—giving your client a sign that stays dead-flat over massive spans without bowing, warping, or buckling.

Printed on our grand-format UV flatbed, the ink is thermally cured into the plastic for multi-year exterior survival.

⚠️ The Hardware Advisory (Crucial Trade Warning)

Do NOT use standard 9-gauge wire H-Stakes with 6mm Coroplast. The dead weight of this board combined with its increased wind-capture will instantly bend standard wire tines.

• For 18"x24" or 24"x36" signs, strictly pair them with Heavy-Duty 1/4" Steel Rod Stakes.

• For oversized boards (e.g., 4'x8'), do not use ground stakes; mount them directly to wooden 4x4 posts or structural frames using screws and fender washers.

Pre-Press & "The 4x8 Sag Rule":

• Flute Direction: By default, all boards are produced with Vertical Fluting.

• The Sag Advisory:If your client is screwing a large 4'x8' sign to two vertical wooden end-posts (left and right), please specify Horizontal Fluting at checkout. Running the internal plastic flutes horizontally acts as internal structural I-beams across the 8-foot span, stopping the center of the sign from sagging over time.

• Margins: Keep critical text 0.375" (3/8") away from the edge on standard cuts; supply 0.25" bleed if ordering full-bleed routed prints.
