When your shop is handling its own screen printing, cut-vinyl application, or flatbed production, you need raw substrate that arrives clean, square, and ready for production. Our 4mm Coroplast blanks are manufactured from premium extruded polypropylene co-polymer and feature a high-dyne factory corona treatment on both faces, guaranteeing aggressive adhesion for pressure-sensitive vinyl films, mounting adhesives, and solvent/screen inks.

• Custom Shape / Die-Cutting: Need directional real estate arrows, circles, speech bubbles, or custom silhouettes? We route complex geometries directly on our CNC flatbed cutter. Every curve is precision-cut with clean edges, sharp internal radii, and zero crushed flutes.

⚠️ Flute Direction Advisory (Trade Spec)

By default, standard straight-cut rectangular blanks are produced with VERTICAL FLUTING (running parallel to the height) to accommodate standard 9-gauge wire H-stakes.

• Custom Geometries: If you are ordering custom die-cut shapes (such as 12"x24" directional street arrows) where fluting must run horizontally across the width to maintain structural rigidity, please specify Horizontal Fluting in your order notes.
