When 3mm panels lack the physical thickness and structural muscle required for freestanding or oversized indoor displays, our 6mm PVC is the heavy-duty trade benchmark. Measuring a full quarter-inch thick, this high-density expanded plastic sheet combines remarkable structural flatness with massive impact resistance.

Printed directly on our industrial grand-format UV flatbed tables, the ink forms a permanent mechanical bond with the non-porous matte surface. It is a solid, ultra-rigid substrate that will not dent, chip, crack, or split, making it the absolute finest choice for commercial environments prone to high-traffic wear and physical contact.

While 6mm PVC is 100% waterproof and moisture-immune, expanded PVC has a high coefficient of thermal expansion. Intense outdoor sunlight and heat will cause dark-printed 6mm panels to warp, bow, or "oil-can" if restricted by rigid fasteners. Pre-Press & Structural CNC Routing Notes:

• The Premium Block Edge: Routed exclusively on our heavy-duty automated CNC beds, leaving a perfectly squared, micro-smooth white satin edge that looks incredibly high-end and completely eliminates the need for edge-capping.

• Fastener Clearance & Drilling: If selecting pre-drilled holes in the pricing calculator, our CNC routes standard 0.25" mounting holes. Keep all critical text, phone numbers, and logos at least 0.50" away from the outer edgesto clear heavy mounting screws and caps.

• Custom Shape Outlines: Supply a 100% scale vector file containing a closed, continuous vector stroke named CutContour set as a 100% Magenta spot color. Keep internal corner radii to a minimum of 0.125" to clear heavy router bits.
