Weighing in at a massive 18oz per square yard, this substrate is engineered with a dense, high-tenacity 1000 x 1000 denier woven polyester scrim encased in heavy PVC vinyl. It is built specifically to withstand punishing wind loads, extreme cold-cracking, and multi-year mechanical stress.

Sandwiched directly in the center of the substrate sits a solid black light-blocking core. This yields 100% complete opacity—preventing bright sunlight from washing out your client's graphics and allowing for brilliant, double-sided printing with zero image bleed-through.

Standard light-duty bungee cords will sag under the dead weight of this vinyl.
