3mm Premium Printed Solid PVC

When indoor presentation boards require rugged durability without the raw weight or expense of metal, 3mm PVC is the elite trade specification. Engineered as a high-density, lightweight expanded plastic sheet, this substrate delivers a uniform, micro-smooth surface that holds high-definition flatbed UV inks with zero graininess or absorption texture.

Unlike delicate paper or foam-faced substrates, solid PVC is completely shatterproof, impact-resistant, and chemically inert. It can be bent, dropped, or scrubbed down with standard commercial cleaners without denting the corners or delaminating the face.

⚠️ The Exterior Thermal Warning (Crucial Trade Liability Shield)

While 3mm PVC is 100% waterproof and chemically stable, expanded PVC possesses a high thermal expansion/contraction rate. If installed outdoors under direct sunlight, intense heat will cause dark-printed PVC panels to warp, bow, or "oil-can." • Substrate Profile: Opaque Trade White with a uniform matte finish

• Print System: Industrial Direct UV-LED Flatbed (Single or Double-Sided)

• Chemical Resistance: Resistant to water, oils, household cleaners, and mild alcohols.

Pre-Press & Custom CNC Shape Routing:

• The Premium Edge: When routed on our CNC digital flatbed tables, the router bit leaves an incredibly clean, solid, bright-white satin edge that requires zero edge-banding or framing to look complete.

• Custom Die-Cutting: Supply a 100% scale vector file containing a closed, continuous vector stroke named CutContour set as a 100% Magenta spot color. Keep all fine interior corners to a minimum radius of 0.0625" to clear standard routing tools.

• Margins & Bleeds: Keep critical text and logos at least 0.25" away from the outer trim line. For full-bleed layouts, supply a standard 0.125" canvas bleed.
