When you need aggressive, high-volume outdoor visibility that survives the elements without eating your margins, 4mm Coroplast is the trade benchmark. Unlike traditional vinyl mounted to raw board, we print direct-to-substrate using industrial UV-cured inks. The ink is blasted onto the sheet and instantly cured via LED lamps—resulting in a vibrant, waterproof, scratch-resistant sign face that cannot peel, bubble, or delaminate in the sun.

Manufactured from extruded polypropylene co-polymer, these twin-wall fluted boards combine lightweight handling with rigid structural durability.

⚠️ The Flute Direction Advisory (Crucial Trade Spec)

By default, all yard signs are cut with VERTICAL FLUTING (running top-to-bottom). This is strictly required so standard H-Stakes and heavy-duty wire frames can slide into the bottom of the board.

• Exception: If your client is ordering large horizontal directional arrows (e.g., 6"x24" street riders) or hanging Coro panels that do not use ground stakes, please specify Horizontal Fluting in your order notes to maximize structural rigidity across the span.

Pre-Press & File Setup:

• Bleed vs. No-Bleed: * Standard Yard Signs (No Bleed): Keep all artwork 0.25" away from the outer edge. We will cut directly to your exact finished nominal size with a clean white border.

  • Full Bleed Runs: If your client's artwork bleeds off the edge of the board, please build 0.25" bleed on all sides. (Note: Full bleed orders require routing/trimming off the master sheet and may incur a slight production bottleneck during peak political seasons).

• Border Warning: Avoid designing thin, solid outer borders (e.g., 0.125" strokes) around the perimeter of yard signs. Due to micro-shifting during high-speed flatbed sheet feeding, thin borders may visually appear slightly off-center once cut.
