When project budgets require an aggressive, cost-effective solution for short-term indoor graphics, standard 3/16" Foam Board is the universal industry standard. Engineered with a lightweight, extruded polystyrene core sandwiched between two ultra-smooth, clay-coated paper liners, this board delivers crisp ink adhesion and bright contrast at our lowest rigid-substrate price point.

Printed directly on our industrial UV flatbed tables, the ink is instantly cured via LED lamps. This ensures razor-sharp text and high-definition charts without the risk of bubbles or wrinkles common with old-school vinyl mounting.

Standard paper-faced foam board is highly susceptible to humidity changes. If subjected to dramatic shifts in ambient moisture, or if heavy, high-density ink coverage is cured on only one side of the sheet, the paper fibers can contract, causing the board to slightly bow or "taco" over time. For permanent interior signage, structural framing, or premium lobby installations, we strongly advise upgrading to our warp-free 3/16" UltraBoard Classic.Titan Signs is not liable for natural bowing on paper-faced foam core.

Pre-Press & Production Notes:

• Finishing: Standard straight cuts are executed cleanly with automated digital flatbed knife tooling.

• Safe Zone: Keep all critical text, charts, and logos at least 0.25" away from the outer edge.

• Handling Warning: Paper-faced foam core is highly delicate. The corners can crush easily if dropped or stepped on during transport. Always ship and handle packed flat in heavy protective cardboard layout wraps.
